case studies
Our experience tells us that life changing injuries and the death of a loved one occurs all too often with trucks and in too many ways. Over the past 30 years, we have handled a variety of incidents involving injuries and death from trucks.
Some of these collisions are caused by truck driver fatigue. Injures and death also occur as a result of a truck driver’s use of illicit drugs. Sometimes a truck dirver violates a rule of the road and negligently operates his semi-tractor-trailer and when the load shifts unexpectedly, life changing injuries or even death can occur.
At Tabor Law, we have handled all of these cases and some examples of our successful cases include the following:
-
