Wilson v. Lawson Farms, Inc. et. al.

Harry Wilson was operating his vehicle northbound on U.S. 52 in Clinton County with his wife, Iva, as his passenger, when a semi-tractor trailer traveling at a high rate of speed smashed into the rear of his vehicle to spin out into the median of the highway.
